A: action SA: suffix action - a suffix action is an action whos effects are added after the effects of the action. PA: prefix action - a prefix action is an action whos effects are added prior to the effects of the action. BA: basic actions: actions provided by your basic skills. CA: martial actions: actions provided by the Martial skill, including those who are untrained. MA: magic actions: actions provided by the Magic skill. AA: Art actions: actions provided by the art skill M: standard unit of 1-3d measurement EV: evasion. A number rolled to hit below your ev is considered a miss. AR: armor range. Your AR is the numerical range that counts your ev value up to what is added by your armor. If your ev is 10 and your armor is +5, your AR is 10-15. Any roll after modification that rolls on or between those values is considered to be hitting your armor and is therefor considered a glancing blow.
